Bleeding 🩸 after sex whilst pregnant

This may he too much info but has anyone experienced bleeding after sex?
I have read on several places that this is normal however the amount of fresh blood that come out did not seem “normal”. Just wanting to know if any other mums to be have had this and what steps you took following the incident.

@nibblette thats reassuring, glad everything went well for you, they did the pelvic exam at EPU and said they could see the cervical corrosion which they think may have caused the bleed however they have booked me in for a scan just to check everything over given that it was a heavy bleed rather than spotting.
I have now got (Sorry for the Gross TMI) orangey mucus/discharge not sure if thats normal but dr didn't seem too concerned
