I can only find gummies and there's no way he will eat those. Is there any drops? I can't find any for a 2 year old!

I think we tried both well baby/kid and haliborange. Dd went on to the gummies as soon as she was old enough though.

I was advised by HV when mine were born that they needed vitamin d drops from birth.

We used a liquid when ours were toddlers, now they're both over 3, they have gummies.

We've tried every brand there is. My 2yo DS will only take the Healthy Start vitamin drops. They have A, C and D and taste a bit like bananas. They sell them in Superdrug.

I had santageon when I was a kid in the 80s. Very healthy diet (only allowed brown bread, veggie mum so variety of veg with each meal etc). I’m not sure why we had them or when we started taking them but I remember the taste and look etc. I think I even remember the advert 😂

Use/d Wellbaby liquid till 4 then moved on to WellKids liquid now. Have done since they were babies.

We use the Zita West ones, mixed into overnight oats. I liked them because they had probiotics in.

@presidentgerbil

We use Vitabiotics Wellbaby, it's a multi vitamin in a liquid and you can add it to milk. DS actually prefers milk with it in now, and can tell when we've run out!
I do this too

The Abidec syrup. They love it. We do it in the bath because it's sticky though. That's when we remember which is only about once a week.

CaptainWentworth · 10/05/2021 18:31

We do Abidec in the bath as well as it’s so aggressively orange and seems to drip on things so easily! DD seems to not mind it. We tried Wellbaby too which I liked the idea of as it has iron, but it has to be kept refrigerated so I always forgot about it as it was hidden in the fridge. Also the iron makes it taste worse.

DH is a GP and agrees we should give vitamin drops although he wasn’t so bothered about the iron. He suggested Abidec but I think only because he’d been exposed to their advertising!
