As soon as I saw him, he just reminded me of someone and no matter how much I Google cannot find who!

I think maybe a singer in a band from years ago but don't let that sway you too much because it might not be.

I think it’s definitely an actor and can see him as an ageing, druggie, British rocker, with a dangly cross earring in one ear and one of those stupid beards that consist of just a tiny strip of hair down the centre of the chin.
