First - have been trying to download a new game to PlayStation, first disk was fine. Second disk I keep getting a message when it’s 90% done ‘An error has occurred’. Thanks. Helpful.

Second - laptop is being a bastard and just not doing what I want it to. Which is RESTART for cryin out loud.

Third - MN won’t let me upload pictures for some reason so I had to do my edits, email them to myself then upload from my laptop. All because I’m so invested in a thread about floor plans

Also my sons annoyed me earlier but they get a pass for now as they’ve been in bed a few hours

People who don't socially distance and crowd into public gardens.

I don't want another lockdown, but it'll happen if the r rate goes up. I'm sick of covid!

I'm in a complete grump with everyone and everything tonight.

And I gulped a can of coke down earlier which made me splutter and now I can't stop coughing. If DH asks me once more if I think I should do a Covid test I may shove one up his arse..................

My daughter's wedding. Only 6 allowed. We offered to do photos. But no his sister is doing it so she can be at the wedding.
No pictures of walking up the aisle with her dad, no outside the church or the car we paid for, no pictures of us, no pictures that are any good at all.

Random leak in my bathroom too. The floor tiles are lifting. Suppose that's another job for me this weekend.

My upstairs neighbour.

He woke me up by arguing with his partner, then spent the morning smoking in the garden whilst giggling gormlessly to someone on the phone, then had a couple of other gormless, giggling acquaintances round this afternoon, then started on some sort of DIY task that involved scraping stuff across his floor/my ceiling at 7:50pm this evening and has only just finished. His presence has been so 'felt' around my flat today he might as well be living here. Twat.

My bank card has decided to decline to pay, even though I have money.

Bloody hosepipe. hate it at the best of times. Just can't be doing with rolling it back in and it always vindictively bends over itself, but today I turned the tap on and it full on spurted all over me and the clean windows. Bastard. My fault as I left the sprinkler end open, but that's not the point!

Just better sleep tonight as no sleep last night as stupid post meno mind going overboard , hubby snoring like a pig and bloody arthritic pains . Feel like a zombie just know I will crash out for an hour or so then be awake again all night. Gah !

Mid afternoon here. Listening to endless garbage and recycling being dragged out of our building, and then emptied by huge trucks.

The same at the 7 or 8 day care centers behind out building. Huge skips, loud trucks, backup beepers.

Just be quiet already. I don't understand what the designers of these buildings were thinking.

Boss thinks there are 40 hours in my day and I’m unreasonable for not doing 2 things in different places at the same time.

Neighbours doing their usual Friday night dodgy karaoke (just how many times can you sing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone” in one evening?

They’re being challenged tonight by closer neighbours with frankly shit dance music and lots of yelling. I’d rather the first lot tbh. I’m tempted to put Poison on full volume, but sadly have no working speakers.

My back is fucked and I don’t have any idea why. Obviously that has no effect on my lifting abilities in work, because the pain should magically evaporate 9-5.

I’ve had an on/off period for 5 weeks.

DH. We're looking for a house. It's urgent. We need a particularly large place. We're in an expensive area. Yesterday I found something in (under!) budget, on the street we currently live on, with the number of rooms we need, with a whacking great attic/loft space to boot, and DH basically decided he didn't like its face. I know enough about the North Lewisham property market to know that this is a fucking one in a decade property, and he is.not.budging. Grrr.

We've just had an offer accepted on a house, I feel your pain. I basically beat DH down until he agreed, ok, maybe it's a good idea. I wasted no time. Ours isn't expensive but like you, we're never going to find something so big in budget and in the area we need again.

Have a proper barney with him if you haven't already. Tell him he's being close minded for the sake of it, and he hasn't really got any objections. Then sit on him. And fart. Those probably won't help with the house hunting but it'll make you feel better.

OP, where you're going wrong is expecting your tech to cooperate, when it's whole raison d'etre is to frustrate mere humans. Read a good book instead.
