What does your 15-18 m old eat in a day?

I'm not sure they're getting enough food so hoping to get an idea of what other kids eat at this age?
They currently have milk 3 times a day but are milk beasts so would drink it at any time, but I wonder if it means they're hungry?

They're 16 m but 13kg / 2 stone hence me asking for the age range.

Much like yours my 18mnth old loves his milk!!
7am: Milk and then chopped up fruit,
8:30 cereal
1030 small snack
1230 lunch
1330 milk for nap
1530 snack
1830 dinner
2000 milk for bed

Like you I know he doesn’t need this milk anymore, the morning and afternoon ones I’ve started using the small baby bottles so he doesn’t have much in there, but I really have to tackle it and take the bottles away 😳 been putting it off 😂

DS is similar
7:00 1 slice of toast with peanut butter, half a banana, and cup of milk
9:00 other half of the banana and some berries. Occasionally some rice cakes etc if we are out and about
11:30 egg salad or cheese sandwich or similar with cut up cucumber, tomato and/or grated carrot. Sometimes I will make baked bean scrolls or similar instead.
12:00 cup of milk
3:00 fruit and/or plain yogurt or cheese and crackers or veg sticks and hummus
6:00 Dinner, whatever we are having, unless we are getting a takeaway, then pasta and bolognaise or chicken potato pie which I make in advance and freeze in portions with peas and sweetcorn. If he still seems hungry I put frozen fruit in a blender with yogurt to make 'icecream'. Tends to only demand this when he's going through a growth spurt though.
7:00 cup of milk before bed

It does seem like a lot but he is 99th% for height and the doctor is happy with his weight at 12-13kg

Are they teething? - DS2 (14m) always ignores food and just wants lots of breastfeeds when he's got a new tooth coming through (as I guess chewing is uncomfortable)
