If I sold my house would I have to declare this?

I fell out with my neighbour a few times last year due to her barking dog being left alone all day. All complaints were just the odd watsapp conversation and I once put a little note through her door (because I'd lost all my phone numbers) telling her that her dog was in distress and it was driving me mad. I never actually reported it to the council or anything, it was just a clash between the two of us almost a year ago. We've kind of made up since, the noise issue hasn't been as bad but only because her lodger has been there, it's still a fucking nightmare when alone and always will be. If I was to eventually sell up (I never intended to stay here forever) do I legally have to declare this?

I thought you only had to declare issues where the council or police or court etc had to get involved.

There will be no record of this anywhere so I wouldn't bother.

I wouldn't. Something and nothing

Only if it was a formal dispute (council or police) I think that's what puts people off reporting tbh.

Yes this is partly why I never reported it

No, you only have to declare official disputes.

From the Law Society website. Guidance notes for TA6.

"Section 2: Disputes and complaints
This section aims to provide information about any existing disputes, or complaints or
anything that could lead to a dispute in the future.
Question 2.1
The seller should provide information about any existing disputes. This could include the
cause of the dispute (for example, complaints relating to noise) and any action taken to
resolve matters."
