Are they meant to come in some water in the box? They look awful.

I've had flowers from them a couple of times and never been impressed despite following the instructions.

Hi everyone- thanks for all the advice you've shared if you're one of our existing customers. I'm the Head of Customer Delight at B&W, and I wanted to hop on and say that yes all the flowers will need a good trim and 24 hours to rehydrate before beginning to bloom. But also if this is not the case or they're really looking too sad, do get in touch at www.bloomandwild.com/help where my team are around until 10pm each night to help put this right :)

@Woodpecker22

I had a subscription from March last year and over the course of the year the quality, volume and range has got progressively poorer. I have now cancelled it. The first photo is one of the earlier bouquets and the second is the latest, both 3 days after arriving.

In the 2nd the flowers are already dying and the bouquet is a lot less full.

Tbh the 2nd bunch look fine but not in the right vase? Looks like you need a bit more variation in height but some of the stems are already too short for the vase.

I have also had bouquets that have not recovered past the initial 24 hours. However my most recent box has behaved as suggested ie droopy at first but massively perked up. It was very cold when i picked it up whereas i suspect the others had been stored wrongly.

I received some Bloom and Wild flowers for my birthday in March. They looked very sorry for themselves so I put them in water as per the instructions. My husband was out when they came. I was upstairs when he came in and when I walked into the kitchen the vase was empty. A clue might have been a large box and ribbon on the table but he said he had thrown the ‘dead’ flowers out! He never does this. He retrieved them from the bin under some rubbish, chopped them off where he had folded them in half and added the flower food. I was speechless and he was very apologetic. They somehow revived and were beautiful even after the rough treatment!

Contact Rishi sunak, it is his wife's business so she needs to sort it out. She's a billionaire so can send you a few free flowers. He's keen to tarmac over the entire country so neither of them are exactly eco types.

Head of customer delight???? How much would one have to be paid to stand that job title?

sluj · 06/04/2021 14:01

My mum was quite disappointed with her mother's day flowers, some were snapped, some opened after everything else had died and some never opened at all. I didn't bother complaining but just decided to go back to M and S delivery next time.
To my surprise, B and W actually sent me an email explaining that they had heard on social media that some people had experienced problems and they wanted to know if my bunch was OK. They immediately offered a replacement bunch which arrived 2 days later and a £10 off voucher. The replacement bunch was much better.
10/10 for customer service.

@isobelmillsuk - What a job title, must be a tough gig HmmWhat would delight me is the cost of my last three months subscription refunded! I'm Head of Reasonableness so let's subtract the cost of the flowers and settle on £60? Look forward to a PM.

^ Me too. I complained and they sent another box out. It was still awful flowers. Wouldn’t try them again.
