I’ve been to the tip! Grin
Washing out blowing in the sun and warm breeze.
Been for a coffee with a friend who I haven’t seen in a year.
Then to the beach for a paddle and to soak up some sun with my little fella.
Scampi for tea, perfect, just perfect.

Coffee on the patio in the sunshine.

Mentally planned all sorts of planting for the garden that it is extremely unlikely I will get round to doing. But it's nice to dream.

Saw my Mum and Dad, both mid eighties, for a walk down the pier. Then ate fish and chips in the sun.

Should have said, for the first time in six months

I've just had a little dance mini rave on my balcony to Lisa Stansfield, loving Radio 2 😅

Just being able to sit outside with a pair of linen trousers and a T-shirt on enjoying the warmth

DC had a friend round to play in the garden. Bunked off work for a bit to visit my allotment and just gazed at the green and the bees. Heaven.

What a lovely day op!

I've had donuts with my parents in my garden, then sat in the sun with a book. I now have a red face!

Looking forward to getting to the beach soon.

We went for a walk round the lake and had a picnic, it was lovely. And we visited some pigs.

Took the kids for a beautiful daffodil walk in the North York Moors. It was absolutely beautiful and you couldn't have seen it on a better spring day. My friend and I were just saying how a coffee would be perfect and the end of the walk had an outdoor cafe with filter coffee. I've been meaning to go there every year but don't but today was amazing...I'm
Glad I waited

We had a lovely day.

My son has an ear infection which means no hearing aids, so no school as he can’t hear anything.

We were up early and had a treat breakfast (pokemon pancakes), after breakfast we headed to Hampstead Heath and my son had a good play at parliament hill playground before getting in the paddling area (freezing!). After getting him dry we had a picnic before heading home, he must have been tired as he managed to fall asleep in our cargo bike. When we got home we played ludo and pop up pirate, before taking the dog on a nice walk as he’d missed having a trip to the park.

We had a lovely day, the highlight was him being asleep by 7!

I took my kids to the park without coats on for the first time in months and we laid on this big net type swing thing and it felt so lovely and relaxing the kids were nodding off on it rocking Grin.

Danced in the living room to some electro and trance.
Took the toddler and the dog to the allotment and we played all afternoon.
Made corned beef soup that was a delight and followed it with rice pudding. A great day.

Today has been great! Up early and had over an hour before DD woke up so enjoyed my morning coffee in peace - watching the beautiful morning sky with a sense of excitement about the day ahead. Soent morning in garden weeding and pruning while DD played. Short post lunch walk in hills with DD and DP followed by afternoon at park enjoying seeing people having picnics and basking in the sunshine. Felt good to be alive today.
Wish I didnt have to work tomorrow!

I've had a lovely few days. This afternoon sitting in the garden in the sunshine. Yesterday evening sat around fire pit having a few drinks with adult DS (first time since Christmas Day and before that in October ) and on Sunday I was able to visit my mum in her care home for the first time in a year .

Things definitely looking up Smile
