Best brownie company?

DH and I are going to start having brownies delivered every month as a little treat to ourselves.

We're looking for recommendations as there are SO many companies out there.

We've already tried the Gower Cottage and the Bridge Bakehouse- both delicious.

Thanks

Sweet reason are nice. Expensive but nice.

Hi, This is my favourite subject and something really close to my tummy, I have tried plenty, but now stick with a Sheffield brownie baker who's also a mum of 2. These brownies are by far the best I have ever tried, and I've tried plenty, the Oreo and Lemon blondies are my favourites.

Brooklyn Brownie Company (based in Northampton). Their brownies are incredible!

@askurdad close to your tummy 🤣 love it. Just looked at the website you recommended but 4 brownies just isn’t enough?! 🐽 it’s almost pay day so I need to decide this month’s choice soon!

Finch bakery salted caramel are amazing. Their treat boxes are good too!

Wow, had no idea there were so many brownie companies out there. My DD and I thoroughly enjoyed Hettys kitchen brownies during lockdown!

Redskyyy · 20/05/2021 10:53

Hettys Brownies. You’re welcome ;). I buy them for us and as gifts so often I should be on commission for them!

If you are vegan try coco's plant kitchen

I tried Gower and they were quite nice, but the edges a bit dry. It was only those in the very middle that were good. We had to warm them to help the dryness. I love a properly squidgy brownie.

Gower Cottage

jimjamjoo · 24/05/2021 11:58

@Redskyyy are the hetty's a good portion size? Not sure whether to get 5 or 10 but £28 seems a bit steep!

Katie B’s Brownie House are bloody delicious. We ordered twice over lockdown.

Mrs Bells recipe is on the internet and brownies are just about the easiest cake to make, the mark up is massive.

I use the cheap 30 dark chocolate from Aldi so they cost about a fiver, if that and they're excellent.

Instead of the double deckers you can put anything you like in, nuts, chocolate chips, anything.
