My baby boy is being cremated tomorrow.

My sweet baby boy is being cremated tomorrow morning at 9:15am. He was born too early to stay in my arms as he should have done, and I am so heartbroken.

I’ve only just found out the time and date of his cremation this evening. I though I would have more notice, time to plan and do something special in his honour and to remember him. Sadly that is not the case, so I thought I would turn to the power of mumsnet and ask if all you lovely people could spare a thought and wish my baby boy good luck on his journey to the stars tomorrow. It would just be so lovely and would mean an awful lot to me to know that he is being thought of tomorrow.

His name is Alexander and he was born on 16/02/21 💙

I am thinking of your precious baby. I have an idea how you might be feeling. I lost my little girl a few years ago, she was 26 weeks. I have never felt pain like it. You and your boy are very much in my thoughts.

Thinking of you and Alexander. All you need to do for now is exactly what you are doing. Remembering him with love. If you want to do something different like a memorial service you can do that in the future. For now you are just his wonderful mum x

Thank you so so so much to you all. It means more than words could say to know that you will all be thinking of my baby Alexander tomorrow. Candles being lit, trees planted, thoughts and well wishes....I am so very grateful to each and every one of you. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!

Losing a child is a heartache like no other. Alexander should be here, with you and his family. Life is horribly unfair.
