What day of the week do you allow yourself a treat? Monday or Friday?

A very nice cafe has just opened close to my work, and I have absolutely no self control so I need to get myself into a routine or else I'll be there daily.

Do I have a nice coffee and sandwich on a Monday to perk myself up, or on a Friday, to celebrate the weekend?

A Costa below you! I'd have to move house.

Definitely not a daily treat- it's about a tenner!

Its even worse than that, there is a Waitrose opposite.

Well I suppose its true that buying it from a cafe isn't a daily thing, I rarely buy ready made food, so fair enough. Couldnt quite see it as a treat though.
