I'm too lazy to find out for myself. Will any of the current regulations have eased?

It probably depends on which country you're in. If you're not too lazy to say, of course.

Aimee1987 · 19/03/2021 06:38

In England its rule of 6 outside and in private gardens. I'm looking forward to a nice bbq with some friends

autumnboys · 19/03/2021 06:41

It’s rule of six or two households outdoors. We are looking forward to being able to see people, hope the weather is nice! (We’re in England though & it’s different everywhere).

There are no restrictions at all this Easter - including nightclubs, weddings etc. No masks required or social distancing.

Unless you’re not in guernsey where I am. Shame you were too lazy to even say your location!? Confused

Tulipsy272 · 19/03/2021 06:47

Thanks everyone. I'm UK-that's all the info I can be bothe

Wales and Scotland are different to England so you might want to find out where you are and then ask again.

Havent you heard, restrictions have ended

BarbaraofSeville · 19/03/2021 07:20

Everyone has to stand in a circle in their garden or the nearest green space, 2 metres apart of course, and clap for Chris Whitty, 4 hours before sundown, but I expect you're also too lazy to find out when sundown is where you are too.

FoonySpucker · 19/03/2021 08:28

You can do whatever you like as long as you are dressed as the Easter Bunny.

HTH

Delatron · 19/03/2021 08:35

I like the OP she can’t be bothered to finish the word ‘bothered’ or the sentence!

KihoBebiluPute · 19/03/2021 08:42

When one can't be bothered to put in more than a minimal amount of effort, it's really much easier to just go to the .gov.uk covid page and get the facts directly rather than starting a mumsnet thread asking other people to get the info for you, as then it is likely that you will have a number of sarcastic, scornful or deliberately incorrect answers and will have to put in extra effort working out whether any of the answers are in fact reliable.

Seeline · 19/03/2021 08:45

It is compulsory to eat at least 10 hot cross buns on Good Friday and 8 Easter eggs on Easter Sunday. And go to church if you want to celebrate Easter by doing the former.

TheQueef · 19/03/2021 08:46

Too lazy to finish that sentence indicates you will be on the couch for Easter Grin

^^ This, and as well as the 'sarcastic, scornful or deliberately incorrect' answers, you also have to wade through the musings of the people who genuinely believed that you were only allowed to go to the supermarket once a week, only allowed to use your nearest supermarket, only allowed to buy essentials while you were there and only allowed to go for a one hour walk each day.

Tulipsy272 · 19/03/2021 13:04

Some of you really need to lighten up a bit. Of course I'll find out properly what the regulations are nearer the time and I've managed to figure out which posters were having a laugh in their replies although I am tempted to eat 10 hot cross buns and 8 easter eggs over Easter weekend 😋

Right then, back to my busy schedule of doing cock all (joke!)

Burn your masks - no longer needed now. Can’t believe you missed that announcement. 😷

Don't they just? Grin Imagine what they're like to live with!

You need to be more specific. All areas differ
CaCaLand · 19/03/2021 13:10

As a serious point, 'rules' is what people say when they are making up stuff that they think is in the law (or should be).

In reality, there is the 'Guidance' for us laypeople and the 'law' for those who are professionally qualified. Both of these should be updated before all the 'roadmap' dates. Next one is 29 March, then 12 April, etc. You can read these and I recommend you print off the relevant sections in case you are ever stopped by someone who thinks they know the 'rules' and hasn't ever read either the 'Guidance' or 'law'.
