Can you recommend it ,it’s a lot of money ,what exactly do you get for the £600 a year ,I’ve got a code for money off ,but they still want my bank card details before I can see what I’m paying for ,just wondering if anyone on here could recommend, thanks

They want your bank details before you can see what you're paying for! 😳
Sounds like they want to make you feel committed so you don't back out which is never a good sign.
Sorry no personal experience though.

Im doing the 2 week free trial at the moment
So far it’s good, I’m familiar with the concepts they discuss, motivation, emotional eating, triggers etc but it’s nice to work through the plan. The support coach has sent several messages of encouragement which is helpful too.
I may do the 4 month subscription, initially I was planning to cancel after the trial, but I’m tempted to keep going.
Ultimately you get out of it what you put in, so log food accurately and think about the psychological triggers and change habits long term, not a ‘diet’ per se, but healthy eating lifestyle

I know nothing about it from a personal angle, but someone I used to work with has been doing it for some time. He has posted on Facebook since he started. He was 264 lbs and yesterday he was (his goal weight) 150 lbs. He is 5 foot 6. There are loads of graphs he's done - he's definitely not trying to promote it or on commission or anything, and has been of generous build for a long time.

What puts me off is so many reviews saying once the trial period is over it is super difficult to cancel and they will take a payment which is hard to get back.

I applied for the free trial. The first thing is you have to weigh yourself every day. I don’t have bathroom scales and with a teenage DD in the house I will not be getting any, so I fell at the first fence.
Other than that it just looks like the same advice you’d get from anywhere.

I found it a bit patronising and cult like. I think you can get the same from a combination of free apps.
It actually made me a bit depressed to focus on my food that much and I cancelled. They gave me my money back. I ended up feeling pretty bad about my weight (and still do).

I’m still getting 80% off offerers coming in ,but they want my card details ,and I sign up to the 80% of ,the whole year works out at £160 ,which they want upfront before I start ....
