Cinnamon icecream - ideas to use up

In a fit of adventure, I bought some cinnamon icecream. Nobody likes it. I don't like it.
Is there something I can do to make it more pleasant? I'd rather not chuck it.

Is putting some in coffee a thing? (Cinnamon latte type thing)?

My first thought was apple crumble with possibly raisins to sweeten .. but I love cinnamon
If you dread eating it I'd just bin it.

The only problem with using baileys is that I don't have any.

Woe is me.

I do have an apple crumble though, will givethat a try tomorrow. I think the ice cream is too low calorie to successfully make ice cream bread, but I also have some pistachio ice cream that I'm not too keen on that I can use for that.

I must have been going through a random icecream flavour phase.

Well then OP i think the solution is to purchase a small bottle of Baileys then! Im sure it wont go to waste haha!

I love cinnamon myself but that does sound a very odd ice cream flavour! Ditto pistachio. Aldi do some lovely flavours.

Im vegan myself but loving the new vegan ben & jerrys Smile unfortunately its a binge trigger food for me if i have one spoonful il eat the whole damn tub ha

tempted to run the 24 hr supermarket for ice cream now

You could be right - and if it's still horrible, I might mix the baileys with the tia maria
