Anyone up for a meal plan swap thread?

Trying to write a shopping list, and looking out of the window at the rain isn't inspiring me.

Does anyone want to have a go at writing a meal plan for a week of dinners for me and I'll return the favour if you give me your scenario?

Our household is 3 adults & one growing 12 yo.
One person has a shellfish allergy.
I like cooking and am happy to experiment. DH less keen on cooking so a couple of easier throw-in-the-oven-and-let-it -look-after-itself options would be good.

I normally do a roast on a Sunday and cold on Monday, try to eat fish once a week and have at least two completely veggie meals. Also like to have 2 or 3 portions of veg or salad in or with every meal.
Try to eat healthily, but not averse to chips
Like Currys if not exceptionally hot, less keen on chinese.
I would happily eat pasta for every meal. DH more sausage and mash, steak and kidney pudding lover.
Not against ready meals, or cheat ingredients such as sauces but not everyday.

Some of the meals we're having this week include;

Fajitas, I tend to wing it and chuck lots of onions and peppers in, any left over go in the fridge for the teens lunch.

This BBC recipe of potato, chorizo and pancetta with onions. Really delicious and teen can't get enough, we usually have crusty bread or salad with it.

Cottage pie and veg, sometimes you just need some comfort food.

Chickpea curry but using black chickpeas that need soaking rather than tinned ones. Lots of flavour with spices but not hot.

Meatballs in a more authentic Italian style tomato sauce, meatballs rolled by ourselves not shop bought.

We usually have well stocked cupboards for basics. I'm currently furloughed so I've got more time to mess about in the kitchen.

This week

Meatball pasta bake with salad.
Tuscan bean stew with cheesy mash and green veg.
Dahl, Bombay potatoes and popudums.
Sausages, roast potatoes, parsnips and apples with cauliflower cheese.
Homemade soup and toasties.
Tabouleh, hummus, mixed salad and crusty rolls.
Pizza and chips

We are vegan so all the above I make with vegan subs where necessary.

I've just decided we'll be having fish finger bhorta on Saturday evening a la Nigella from her last tv show. It's bloody delicious and so easy to make.

Brilliant suggestions thank you! Living pancetta, chorizo & spuds idea, Dahl & tabouleh.

Thank you!!
