3 month old nap/feed schedules

Can you tell me your feeding/napping schedule for your three (or four) month old babies? Mine had nipple confusion and now we have finally got her on the boob for the whole day, our feeding/napping schedule is all over the place. I simply don't remember what I did a few weeks ago Confused. She used to sleep, I'm sure of that (have a billon pictures of my sleeping baby) bit now I struggle to get her to nap but she is so tired. Your help will be very much appreciated!

At this stage I let my baby nap when she wanted and she fell asleep while feeding a lot. For me, it wasn’t until the 4 month sleep regression happened towards the end of her 4th month that I got her into a real routine. Her first nap was early - about 8.30, then another at midday, then another around 2.30 - 3. I had to go for long walks or wander around with the sling to get her to nap at that stage but when she came out of the regression phase about 6 weeks later her napping was fairly reliable.

If I were you I wouldn’t worry about her napping being all over the place at this early stage. Unless it’s driving you nuts or you’re going back to work at 6 months.

At 3 months with both of mine they couldn’t stay awake longer than two hours. If they woke at 7am, they’d feed, wind/burp, nappy change and kickabout on mat then by 8.30 they’d start getting cranky again, which was my cue to settle them back down again and they’d be asleep by 9. (I also remember reading about this “2 hour window” so I think it is quite normal).
