My new car isn't going to have a CD player or even a aux/ headphone type socket.
There are some mini usb sockets and that's it. Confused

I have an old ipod nano which I plug in mine.

Mine works with a usb stick, the sound quality isn't as good as with a CD or Spotify though.

I have a USB that permanently has my MP3 files saved on it. DH has the same but SD card.

I use bluetooth on longer journeys but it's a PITA to muck about with for local journeys.

DH does have CD but we've never used it. CDs were always a bit fragile for the car and awkward to change on the move. I found it better 2 cars back when I had a cassette and could use an adapter to MP3, it was actually more future-friendly!

Yep my old car had a tape slot-playing mp3s was easy. Stupid dh and his flashy job and stupid company cars.HmmGrin
It really doesn't agree with me.
