I miss all my homeland friends

I’ve started rewatching from season 1 this week and I’m missing all you homelanders to keep me company like when we all watched together first time round. It’s just as good second time.

Is there anything as good as homeland out that can fill the void?

I didn’t realise how much I missed the mighty ferret until I saw him again. Poor Quinn.

I was just searching for a homeland thread, started s8 on Netflix, loving it.

I remember not enjoying s8 when it first came out. Feeling sorry for Saul and his peace deal.

How is carrie allowed out with armed soldiers in full body armour in her bootcut trousers, boots and handbag, to break into a flat ???

Oh Carrie is a law unto herself. Bad trouser suit, cross body bag and a pair of ankle boots is all she needs to take on the worlds terrorists

Have just loved Succession. Only 2 seasons so far but it's as good as Homeland, just v different. Only The Wire and Breaking Bad were on the same level before. It's a shame Messiah was only one season with no more plans as that had real Homeland potential!

And yes to Line of Duty

I started watching season 7 again last night because it popped up on Netflix. I can't remember how it ends so that's good!

Just finished season 8, loved it. Have been in a homeland bubble all weekend, now gone back to season 1. How young Carrie looks

Season 4 was my favourite, so the best I ahead. I’m still arguing with DH about motives of Dar Adal being in Pakistan.

No more Dana drama awaits you either.

I wasn't mad on the one where Brody was being held hostage, think that was my least favourite.

Designated Survivor is of a similar ilk to Homeland. I really enjoyed it.
