Film or series.

Finished the bay, lupin, succession, ozarks...

I May Destroy You is a good watch, anything Michaela Coel does is amazing.

Fairyfalls · 19/02/2021 19:23

Behind her eyes or Firefly Lane.

MaitreKarlsson · 19/02/2021 19:26

Note of caution - I found I May Destroy You very scary. Not a horror but certainly triggering and unpleasant. Couldn't finish it even though I wanted to know what had happened.. .

AnyFucker · 19/02/2021 19:27

I didn’t take to Firefly Lane. Boring.

BunnyRuddington · 19/02/2021 19:29

Parasite (Korean Oscar winner) is on Prime. We watched it last night and both really liked it

How did I forget Parasite? I absolutely loved that film Smile

NeedToGetOuttaHere · 19/02/2021 19:30

I thought Firefly was trying to be (and failing) at being the next This is Us.

TooMinty · 19/02/2021 19:30

@AnyFucker

The Dig for something gentle

This is a lovely film.

Last time I was home alone (a year ago 😢) I watched the Ruth Bader Ginsberg film. It was great and made me cry but maybe not what everyone calls fun Friday night viewing!

HolaChicos · 19/02/2021 19:31

It's a sin is amazing! I also watched The Investigation on BBC iPlayer this week, Scandi cop drama, it's so well written, I loved it!

StrangerHereMyself · 19/02/2021 19:31

The Great on Channel 4 OD

TooMinty · 19/02/2021 19:31

I'm saving it's a sin but DH wants to watch it too so not a home alone one.

DipSwimSwoosh · 19/02/2021 19:34

I May Destroy You is ok. The first few are anyway. It lost me a bit in the middle and I forgot about it for a while, but then remembered and watched to the end. I think it is so promising but basically the main character isn't very nice so I found it hard to empathise by the end.

NeedToGetOuttaHere · 19/02/2021 19:34

The Servant on Apple TV, creepy and original.

thewinehasgonetomyhead · 19/02/2021 19:39

Stick with bridgerton, it gets better! I thought it wasn't for me but stuck with it past ep1 and i ended up loving it.

Also Firefly lane. Enjoy your evening OP!

Fred578 · 19/02/2021 19:43

It’s a sin or The Missing

Amrapaali · 19/02/2021 19:54

Try The Meg on Netflix. It's hilariously bad Grin

iklboo · 19/02/2021 20:19

The Dig is a lovely film.

RickOShay · 19/02/2021 20:35

To the Lake is absolutely brilliant. Keep going with it. Best thing I’ve watched for ages.
Netflix.
