Things you always forget to buy at the Supermarket

I'm going to the supermarket and I don't want to forget anything! What are the things you always forget?

Worcestershire sauce. I only need about 2 bottles a year but its essential for certain dishes.

I've got an app called Our groceries which links to a skill in the Alexa. I can add things to the shopping list and they appear on a list in my phone

Limes.
We have a Mexican dish every Tuesday and I always forget the limes! I love a squeeze of lime juice on Mexican food.

Long matches and batteries.

Tin foil!

Tomato puree or butter. I very rarely use butter and I only ever notice i need more when I fancy buttery toast.
I use puree a good bit for different dishes.
I've now taken to getting a shopping list for fridge door and everyone puts on anything they have used the last of. It has helped slightly... when I follow the list...

Recently it was salt, then binbags.
