Easy baked for half term

Hello,
Could you please share your easy, tasty bakes with me, in particular best, foolproof sausage rolls, individual cakes, large cakes and biscuits.
I'm not a natural baker but I'd like to get better and I'd like my children to learn to bake, I cook meals with them regularly but never bake!

I agree with @Cactusowl.... James patisserie is excellent. I’m not a fan of her muffin recipe but everything else is lush xxx

Jane's patisserie looks amazing, the recipes may be a bit beyond me but I'd love to give one a go. X

Her recipes work every time. I use them with my food classes in school x
