Mine is Reece Shearsmith from League of Gentlemen, specifically as Benjamin and particularly as Ross. There's something about the glasses and the bossiness/ air of authority he has a really cute smile too.

I'm being pedantic here but Reese Shearsmith has a Hull accent. Admittedly they'd sound similar to anyone from elsewhere in the country
