Starting a cleaning business

Do not be skeptical of the first time poster, I have been far too busy screaming at the Sistene Chapel to start my own thread...

As the title suggests, I am planning on starting a domestic cleaning business in January 2022.

By business, I mean that I would like to set up as a sole trader initially with the view to becoming a Limited company should I be successful.

I have, of course, done plenty of research and still have a year to perfect the business model - which in itself seems idyllic and perfectly suited to my circumstances.

The various associated costs of starting up and maintaining the business will not be an issue, however I am faltering over the more circumstantial aspects. For example, initially my availability upon launch would be Monday - Friday, 12.45-2.45 (so 2 hours per day, 5 days per week) progressing to 9.15-2.45 Monday - Friday from September (2022) onwards. Obviously should I be successful enough to expand the business over time, these constraints would not apply.

I'm not really sure what, if anything, I am asking for - I've pored over every aspect for so long that it's making my head spin.

I suppose I'd like opinions on whether this could work initially, with so few available hours, in the hope of building up a reputation which will allow me to expand eventually. Any further suggestions or observations surrounding any aspect of my plan are also welcome.

In addition, if you don't have any advice to offer, feel free to suggest a name for the business.

So, hive mind, I'm counting on you for answers. Some answers. Any answers. Go!

Having been a cleaner for many years and just recently stopped, I think you may be overthinking this. You just need to go out there and get a customer. You tell them when you are available and away you go. If you are any good, you will soon get other customers. Its pretty easy. If you decide you like it, and you have more availability, want to take staff on, then cross that bridge when you come to it.
