Sorry I couldn't see a consumer rights bit.
I booked a ticket via SEE tickets in 2019 for a concert at the Royal Albert Hall for March 2020. This was postponed to March 2021 due to Covid and it still hasn't been cancelled though it's obviously not going ahead.
The other concerts/shows I had booked in 2020 got refunded no problem without having to return tickets etc, however SEE said you could only have a refund if you returned the original paper tickets. I wanted to still see the concert so took no action.
As it's inevitable this year will be cancelled I now just want a refund for the tickets but I have lost the original tickets. I think I should have a refund regardless as the tickets are out of date anyway, I have proof of purchase and I haven't received the goods bought (concert).
I'm sure I bought it via my credit card but I need to double check. Could I raise a charge back? I've heard of a section 75 but I think that has to be over £100 and the ticket was just under. SEE aren't responding. Is there anything else I can do?
