Assessments are all phone assessments currently aren't they? (With a few paper-based assessments.)

Yes they are all phone assessments at the moment but it can take months to get an assessment date so things may have changed by then.

I help with appeals. Based on what I see a lot, you need to provide context. Say things like I do X twice a month/once a week, rather than occasionally. Or it takes “twenty minutes to do...” not a long time because that means different things to different people.

Yes I agree with this and also if you can do something but it causes you pain, or you can go out but need someone with you as you are likely to have a panic attack and then describing how a panic attack affects you etc. If your mental health causes you to not be able to communicate effectively so you need someone to speak on your behalf on the phone or in public, then try to explain this and back it up with medical evidence if possible.
