How many of you have multiple streams of income?

If so, what are they?
Just reading an article on how some of the most successful people have multiple streams of income and that they tend to feel happier as they feel more secure.
So it got me thinking about how many people have this?

I have my main job/business, then a freelance business that is, at the moment, basically two big clients (so feels like two individual 'jobs'). So I kind of have 3 streams of income, all job related - no passive income.

Eventually I'd like to step back from main job, invest the money from that and just do freelance but that's years away yet.

DH- rental income; dividends and a pension.

Me- full time job and rental income.

I'd like to leave my job and freelance plus see if i can do something a bit mroe creative such as writing.

Also my full time job only pays minimum wage. i am consdering quitting and doing a series of temp jobs just for fun that amuse me and which release time to me for me to do other things.

I also dabble in buying art at auctions and selling on. Best year ever I made about £7 k but that was very much as a sideline.

I have multiple incomes and options for more if I need them. I'm a single parent and was once completely at the mercy of the UK benefits system. It is not a situation I ever want to be in again so I always ensure I have a back-up plan and a back-up to my back-up plan.

I have a full-time job. An almost full time second job. A small freelancing venture I could push to expand upon if I needed to and pick up a few shifts in my friend's shop on the expectation she would give me as many shifts as possible if I needed it.

Along with uni it leaves me little time to myself and I often find myself working 36 hours with only an hour or two between shifts but I would rather that than ever, ever be at the mercy of the governments 'safety-net' again. I'd turn to prostituion before I turned to the government at least that way my kids would eat and we've have power.

I hope so, eventually. I'm a singer/songwriter and am releasing an album later this year, as well as a day job. It's all tiny at the moment, with an indie label, but who knows, eh.
