This week's project is to build a home for a little cuddly toy. It can be made from any medium (including digitally apparently Grin ). I want to just get stuck in - a refreshing change from the other stuff.

I've had to go sit in another room as it just pains me not to make suggestions or improvements and it's totally Y5 ds work (am on hand for cutting/gluing help if needed).

He is having a ball of a time. He doesn't need my ideas.

I'm mentally planning what I would have done.

Ooh definitely sit on your hands! Half the fun of this kind of work is seeing what mad creations get sent in to you. Speaking as a teacher there.

Teddy certainly has an epic house - even if the items within it are indecipherable.

I cant even handle my 2 year old painting. I dont know how I would cope with school age kids crafting. I would need wine and I would hide in the kitchen.

I used to dread this kind of homework. My DC inherited my total lack of interest or talent in anything art related.
Even if I helped theirs would be worst in class. I did used to enjoy looking at the things other mums children made. It was always Lydia's mum who won the prizes Wink
