I think it will be very soon before everything catches up with him. She wouldn't risk waiting and getting nothing.

If the speculation around his legal / financial impending doom is correct then she will need to be quick about filing. No point having any kind of pre / postnuptial agreement if there are no assets left.

It won’t be as dramatic as we hope - he’ll give her a good settlement accompanied with a watertight divorce contract that will stipulate she only gets her $$$ if she doesn’t talk and does it his way, to protect his reputation.

I’ve changed my mind on this - I suspect she substantially renegotiated the terms of the prenup when he became President, so it may be in her financial interests to leave ASAP while there is still money.
