Do you only ever intend to sell spices or is the the potential you would want to expand into anything else? If so I'd be wary of a name that has spice in it, go for something more generic

What kind of vibe are you going for? Cheap and cheerful, high end/luxury, organic etc? It would be good for the name to reflect the values of the brand, so probably not a pun if you're going high end, something natural/earthy if you're organic etc.

Yep..Post Taste would need to offer quick delivery. The major UK supermarkets have a world food aisle (some better than others for sure, but essentially if the market is there they will stock it as long as people buy it) a local ethnic store nearby could tip the balance though. I took a lockdown walk to my local Morrisons this morning, I had oyster sauce and rice wine on my list, I got the oyster sauce (blue dragon brand owned by abfoods aka Primark) the rice wine...nope. Pretty sure I could source it elsewhere locally though but shopping around is not ethical during a pandemic
