I have 3 children and as I am obviously conscious of developing a healthy relationship with food and exercise, particularly as I am overweight.
My eldest two 14 and 8, seem to eat well, love chocolates like normal children but eat healthily and don't snack too much. Seem to be a healthy weight. My youngest is constantly asking for snacks saying she's hungry. She does have a good appetite and is the only one in the family to ever asks for seconds or more. She is definitely overweight and is in size 7-8 or even 8-9 clothes
It's been hard as her normal sports like swimming and tennis have been stopped due to Covid and although we go for walks probably not as much as we would normally do.
We do make her healthy snacks where we can like apples but as I have not really had this problem with my other two I would really like some suggestions for healthy snacks that are filling, especially as she's home at the moment and snacking more
