Best veggie bacon alternative

I was a fan of tesco frozen veggie bacon, but they haven't sold it for more than a year. Quorn fake bacon is horrible, what else can I try?

I haven't had any real bacon for about 20 years, never missed it all so never tried veggie replacements. DH recently randomly bought me the 'this isn't bacon' I found it really tough and chewy and not really 'bacony' like I remembered. However, someone recently made me a sandwich with Sainsbury's Plant Pioneers Smoky bacon rashers, ohh they were soo good, I've actually started buying it myself.

I have never missed bacon but I use smoked tofu dry fried in sandwiches which is nice

I don't miss bacon either, I don't remember it being very pleasant to be honest, what I miss is the fake bacon.
Dh bought me some of the 'this isn't bacon' stuff when he was out, I won't bother again, it was too smokey and had a weird texture. So pricey too.
