Small items to send to friend in difficult situation

My friend is away from home looking after a terminally ill parent.
Any ideas for small items I could send her from Amazon to show we are thinking about her?
She doesn't 'need' anything and will probably have had nice Christmas gifts but feel a bit helpless really.

You can get pocket hugs from small businesses on etsy, I've just sent one to my friend.

Nice bubble bath/shower gel/hand cream or perfume.
A book, or magazine, to read.
Puzzle book, or jigsaw.
Bottle of wine.

I second the pocket hugs. Etsy is a great place to look for unusual but wonderful things.

You sound like a lovely friend.

Hand cream. We lost FIL recently and when caring for him I was constantly washing or sanitising my hands.

Not amazon based, but what about a local take away delivery, or an afternoon tea delivery.

Bar of nice soap, Roger & Gallet or something similar.

Small box of chocolates, something like Prestat truffles.

Interesting tea/herbal tea, Pukka have some lovely herbal teas, blends to help you relax or sleep for example, or Whittards have some super unusual types of teas.

A lovely friend of mine gave me a little bag of things when I was caring for my terminally ill parents. From memory it included a lavender pillow spray to help me sleep, Tiger Balm to help with headaches, a magazine in case I had a minute to read, some beautiful chocolate and a bottle of gin.

Pillow spray to help relax and sleep would be a lovely small thoughtful gift. I like the "this works" brand which you can get on Amazon. Another option depending where your friend is staying is letterbox flowers or letterbox brownies maybe?
