The wrong way around

I spent much of my adult life doing things the wrong way around.

This year I did things the traditional way around.

I have no excess weight to loose this Christmas and I didn't over eat.

We stopped doing as our ancestors did and it's harmed us in my opinion.

I started to look at what I was doing and thinking after the whole society gaslighting wrong way around stuff the woke promote and why we stopped doing traditional Christian things, why we stopped having respect for Mother.

Historically we saved up food during Advent and got an exciting build up to a party and feast during the 12 days of Christmas. Now we party in Advent and Christmas then spent January miserable.

Due to light levels Hens stop producing eggs etc, yet we carry on eating things naturally we didn't, we took a break.

We don't eat or plan activities seasonally.

Just thought I would share that and it would help someone.

It’s part of the circadian rhythm that is not only daily. Winter is a time of fasting using the fat stores we built up during the abundance of summer and autumn.

But we live in artificially lit homes with central heating so it’s always summer to our bodies. It’s one theory why we gain weight easily ... we’re perpetually preparing for a winter that never comes.

I have not heard of the Circadian rhythm, I will look it up, thank you.

"traditional Christian things'. The quicker we're rid of religion the better.

"stopped having respect for Mother". What are you on?

"stopped having respect for Mother". What are you on?

I don't think Mother is a legal "Man" or a male with a fetish who wants to take prescription medication to 'chest feed' a baby birthed by a female, the traditional pretty normal definition of Mother that non woke people have.

Mother's have too much pressure on them. Instagram pictures of flat tummy return after they birth babies, the difficulty between career, finances and child rearing. Not to mention men now a days claming they are "pregnant" instead of "expecting a baby".

Sounds like a stealth boast and Christmas isn't over yet.

GladTidingsAtChristmas · 27/12/2020 11:01

The quicker we're rid of religion the better.

Alas your Utopia is unachievable, it gets replaced with a Kim Jung Un type character or Wokery. Apparently there is a part of the brain that seeks religion and now many are of the woke wrong way around faith.

You lost weight by being less woke?

GladTidingsAtChristmas · 27/12/2020 11:06

You lost weight by being less woke?

Yes, via delayed gratification.

I think this is partly why we have people who struggle with lockdown, vaccination started an end in sight and they still can't wait, we became over indulged too much instant gratification not much waiting going on.

I think you need to go easy on the eggnog.

TAXI!

chickenblc · 27/12/2020 22:36

Let's go back to the traditional Christian way of doing things when the gays stayed in the closet and women knew their place.
🙄

Santaisreel · 27/12/2020 22:42

I don't have a clue why you are talking about.

Almostslimjim · 27/12/2020 23:12

I get you.

Your post sounds like you've had too much sherry but I get your ideas.

  • very much perpetual summer, no delayed gratification or working for something before receiving it. The woke seeking something that religion or traditions used to give us.

What are you smoking?
