Mine was a long coat from Hollister yesterday. Been looking for a long coat to wear at work for ages and this one is so warmed. It’s completely lined and so soft. I was stood in the park on the beach for ages this afternoon and couldn’t feel the cold at all. I’m very smitten with it. Even better it said £200 on the label and I got it for £110.

Harem joggers from Thought. So comfy

Valkadin · 20/12/2020 20:10

Calvin Klein summer dress
Evening dress
Cream pencil skirt
Silk blouse
New underwear
Satin slingbacks
This was July 2019 for a wedding in America, I haven’t bought anything as I only buy stuff when I really need it as don’t like shopping.

Size five 41 cm calf riding boots from eBay. Ted snd muffy.

They are too tight on my calves. Going back on eBay when I get a minute. Unless anyone wants pictures.

Shame as they are gorgeous.

For myself, nothing in ages. Bought a couple of black dresses to wear to work in September when my office reopened.

For DD, loads! Last time was last week when I did a quick run around Primark and got a couple of jumpers for her.

Underwear, its been ages since I felt like wearing something lovely and I wanted a fresh set as a good base for my already mountainous amount of existing clothes

TravellingSpoon · 20/12/2020 20:33

A new scrub top for work from Lucy and Yak.

We used to wear our own clothes to work and since the pandemic we have had to wear random scrubs, and are only provided with one so we have resorted to buying out own.

nancybotwinbloom · 20/12/2020 20:35

@NotMeNoNo

Black do you want some pics?

mineofuselessinformation · 20/12/2020 20:45

A Sherpa dress - in jacquard fabric with a velour lining - it's brass monkeys territory where I work at times. (11 degrees in the afternoon Monday last.)
The only things I've bought in the last several months are clothing to keep me warmer at work.

OhToBeASeahorse · 20/12/2020 20:53

For me, an oversized blue and white button up night shirt for night feeding.

For DS - a pair of Polarn O Pyret trousers and Bodem Christmas cardigan. For DD a Christmas outfit. For a 10 week old baby in a tier 4 area.

My life went wrong somewhere Hmm

Iseeyoulookingatme · 20/12/2020 20:56

On Thursday I bought myself 3 tops from the charity shop for spring. I got one red and white stripy t-shirt, one mint green jumper and one electric blue jumper for the grand sum of £3. Prior to that I spent about £150 on two tops and a dress from olive clothing.

BobbingPuffins · 20/12/2020 21:35

A warm night shirt because it’s been cold at night.

MrsAvocet · 20/12/2020 21:38

A new dress for Christmas Day.Sad

Pipandmum · 20/12/2020 21:39

Slippers. OMG so middle aged. I am middle aged. OK going to order a lacy underwear set now...

AudTheDeepAndCrispAndEven · 20/12/2020 21:42

A lovely Savile Row shirt, crisp white with small repeating navy birds on it, just a very few of which are lime green. It was in the charity shop for £3 and looks great with my dungerees!

TroysMammy · 20/12/2020 21:44

Last week, bras from Debenhams after I realised mine had turned grey and my only thought was supposing I needed to see a GP, I'd have to wear my black one?

MacbookHo · 20/12/2020 21:44

Two leopardprint knitted dresses. One Hobbs, one Fenn Wright & Manson. Both in the same charity shop, both my size, and just £17 in total.

Thecazelets · 20/12/2020 21:58

A vest (£29) and a shirt (£49) from the Jigsaw sale yesterday, about an hour before the Boris press conference. Tried it on in the shop and everything. Apart from the masks it felt like an almost normal shopping experience. The first things I'd bought for months, and was planning on wearing on Xmas day with high-waisted wide-leg trousers. Got home - and we are now Tier 4.

MsAwesomeReindeer · 20/12/2020 21:59

Mine was looking sleeved thermal underwear for school. It's bloody freezing in my classroom with all the windows open, even with the heating going full blast.

Kez200 · 20/12/2020 22:08

We attended a winter wedding in February and, just in case, I bought a long wool trench coat by Aquascutum. £80 from a charity shop. And I love it.

JuneFromBethesda · 20/12/2020 22:17

@Thecazelets you tried something on in a shop!? I'm so envious, I haven't done that for months ...

Thecazelets · 20/12/2020 22:19

It was pretty amazing!

Gooseygoosey12345 · 20/12/2020 22:23

Some "mom" jeans, a Christmas jumper and a Christmas outfit which is now redundant. Might put it on and prance around the house ok Christmas Day anyway

Gooseygoosey12345 · 20/12/2020 22:23

On* not ok!

evilharpy · 20/12/2020 22:42

In the Black Friday sale - two sparkly v neck t shirts from All Saints. One navy, one very dark grey. I also got a leather jacket but have given it to my husband to wrap up for me for Christmas.

Although I just remembered I popped into Tesco for some food yesterday and came out with a long, fluffy off white cardigan.
