Is this legal re face masks

I saw a sign in a small shop saying everyone entering the shop must wear a mask. No mask and you won't be served. Can they do this.

Of course it’s legal. They don’t have to serve anyone they don’t want to.

Yes legal.

It isn't discriminatory as it applies to all not wearing a mask and whilst it's likely that will be a more likely amongst disabled people, the disability is not the reason for the exclusion.

If no one with asthma, COPD and other lung conditions could wear a mask, hospitals, care homes and domiciliary care would shut down!

Yup, exactly this.

I spend a big part of my day asking people to put their masks on and properly. They want to come into my place of work and put me at risk and I'm honestly fed up with it. I don't have a choice to be there. They do.

People with genuine exemptions are different obviously but the vast majority are just chances.
