A book like 'this is going to hurt'?

My DS aged 16 stopped reading a while a go, but from time to time he gets engrossed in something. I bought him 'This is going to hurt' and he absolutely loved it. I wonder if anyone could recommend similar type books?

Just about to recommend Freakonomics, some great stats, funny chapters. Everyone I know who's read it has loved it. I still quote some of the stuff and I must have read it 10+ years ago! Just bought DH another one for Xmas.
