Home working is really hurting. I have an ‘egonomic’ type kneeling chair which is fine for a couple of hours until I slump into bad habits and the despair of 9 hours in front of a laptop Makes me shrivel.
My VDU assessment is being passed from pillar to post and by the time it actually gets looked at I’ll be completely broken.
So I need a decent chair. One that isn’’t too big as my workspace is tiny and not expensive as I’ll be paying for it myself.
Also would one of those posture corrector brace things help?
