If you have lost alot of weight, how do you keep it off?

Do you deprive yourself? Is it miserable?

I lose the weight and then it creeps back on, back to where I started.
I do it by eating healthy and exercising but the snacks always let me down after I hit my target.

How do you maintain weight and not feel deprived of yummy stuff?

I lose weight when I eat cakes and chocolate on birthdays or very occasionally. If I ate a slice even every week I would put on weight. I have to exercise too, if I do 60 minutes five times a week I lose weight. I try to do 10,000steps at least three days a week and five 30 minute aerobic workouts and that helps me to lose weight. It has to be a combination of the two for me, diet alone won't keep it off.
