Batch cooking help needed

I've decided to dust the slow cooker off and do some batch cooking this month. I last did it for my late father 6 years ago to provide meals his carers could just put in the microwave for him.
However, 6 years is a long time and I've forgotten most of what I learned then. I have some recipes, but would love further ideas, as 6 years ago I was cooking for my Dad and I'm now cooking for me and I'm willing to be a bit more adventurous with food than my dad was.
Also, because I've completely forgotten, once I've frozen stuff that I've cooked, how long roughly does it take to reheat in a microwave?

The heating time will vary depending on the quantity, how big the chunks of food are and the initial temperature of the dish: if it has just come from the fridge, for example, it will obviously need longer than for food at room temperature. Reheat until piping hot and bubbling throughout. Microwaves don’t heat evenly so take the food out halfway through and give it a stir.

What I tend to do, if it’s something like bolognese that has been in a tub, one portion sizes, in the freezer is take it out the day before & putit in the fridge. That way it’s mostly thawed but still kept cold & diesnt take long to reheat.
Besides the ones suggested, I make chicken in an Italian tomato sauce, boneless breast portions all cooked together but frozen in individual portions, or just cooked chicken boneless breasts individually wrapped. Small cottage pies, cook the base in the slow cooker, make instant mash fir the top. Lots of different pasta sauces, bacon & chilli in tomato. You could slow cook a small joint of beef or lamb, pork etc then slice into portions to freeze & reheat.

I cook 24 meatballs at a time. In raw, cover with 2 cartons passata. Add tomato puree, onion and garlic granules, dried thyme and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir through a jar red pesto before serving. Spare portion freezes really well.

Lots of good recipes on bbc good food (search slow cooker) - I make the slow cooker spag Bol and beef stew a lot, delicious

Also campfire stew (pinch of nom recipe)

Schwartz do some sachets for slow cookers - pulled pork, chicken curry etc they are easy and tasty

Sometimes do a ‘roast’ in it - either whole chicken, joint of beef etc, can sit in small amount of stock with carrot / onion for flavour. Chicken doesn’t brown but doesn’t dry out and literally falls off the bones.

Sometimes things made a little watery so I always add a couple of tsps mixed cornflour about 30 mins before the end. For reheating I take out the night before and thaw in the fridge and reheat for 20-30 mins in the oven
