Christmas Eve-fish suppers with picked onions and Curries Red Kola (the red Kola brand might be a clue to where I grew up)
Christmas Day-Turkey and gubbins
Boxing Day-chocolate and cheese

Christmas Eve: raclette
Christmas: monkey bread, maybe smoked salmon and eggs for breakfast. Evening will be an Herby mediterranian lamb shank with polenta and roasted cauliflower.
Boxing Day: leftovers

Christmas Eve - fish and chips takeaway
Christmas Day - turkey dinner
Boxing Day - cheese board!

No idea yet, it's just DH and me and then our toddler and newborn. It will be low key whatever it is!

xmas in mainland Europe is the 24th.
We usually have nice breakfast with panettone
lunch: whatever anyone finds
very early dinner
slow cooked french duck breasts
yorkshire pud and potato waffles
brine veggies (things you get in a polska sklep)
cake - usually triple chocolate honey cake with extra chocolate sauce :)

25th: venison steak
26th: some big meat I can leave in the oven for hours with potatoes added half way through.
and I usually end up doing some cookies or cake as the choc cake is gone by this time.

CE: something fish based. Maybe a side of salmon.
CD: scrambled eggs for breakfast. Full turkey dinner
BD: my visitors are cooking so I don't know yet!

Christmas Eve - No idea!
Christmas Day - Takeaway Curry
Boxing Day - DH is working so probably a boring 'normal' meal like pasta 🙄

May have to extend Christmas to try a few of these...

I want to do something fish based for Christmas Eve but I am really struggling to find good quality fish that is from a reliable source...
