cauliflower cheese , sausages and peas...?

What do you think? Never make cauliflower cheese - but have a hankering.

I had this on sunday, was a great meal!

I sometimes have a luxury cauliflower cheese with peas delish !!

Unsure about tomatoes and cauliflower together but would definitely go for OP's suggestion.

As was I when I first tried it, but it is nice. It cuts through the fattiness of the cheese sauce. Its was the only thing my dh, and his siblings for that fact, really enjoyed that their mum cooked. She wasn't the best.

For tea last night I had a giant Yorkshire pudding filled with veggie sausages, mash, cauliflower cheese, peas and gravy. It was amazing.

Sounds good - as long as it's a really creamy cheese sauce with loads of gruyere.

I always have Cauliflower cheese with sausages. Perfect combo. Also mine often is Cauliflower & broccoli cheese. Yummy!

I once had a meal out which consisted of broccoli and cauliflower cheese with mashed potato on top, which had been browned. It was really delicious.
