Birdfeeders - asking here for traffic

Cross posting here for traffic as the gardening section is fairly quiet.

I live in a 3rd floor flat with a balcony and would like a bird feeder that I can see out of the window. But - I don't want a freestanding bird feeder table as I am worried about the magpies/pigeons. Also concerned that a hanging one will get blown about in the wind and might fall off the balcony. Can't have a window feeder as our windows have shock sensors for the burglar alarm.

Would anyone please recommend a balcony bird feeder that is suitable for the smaller birds i.e. bluetits, sparrows etc. Thank you!

Could you just attach a feeder to the balcony railings? With a bit of string or something

Also You can buy flat sided feeders which you could attach to a wall

My mother in law has fixed hanging basket arms to her balcony and hangs feeders off that. Works really well though I feel sorry for the lower floors
