I've got one! A Kenwood Prospero. Thank you DH and Black Friday deals Grin

After wanting one for so long, I'm not paralysed with indecision. What should I make first? Basic fairycakes, as a trial run? Something I never make usually due to the whipping involved, like meringues? Bread, because hello dough hook?

Please help me with this weighty decision Grin

This is the recipe I use www.thelittleloaf.com/2013/11/11/gingerbread-marshmallows/

It has a bunch of different spices and you need a sugar thermometer, but it's well worth it. Recipe makes a ton - I always end up giving some away and they go down really well!

All manner of cakes/brownies/biscuits
Pizza/pasta dough
Egg whites for meringues/Xmas veggie roulade
Grating cheese/carrots
Have a juicing attachment, a mincing attachment and a pasta machine attachment that rarely get used.

I’d make a cake and then pizza! Here’s a really easy pizza dough recipe - I use it all the time www.sainsburysmagazine.co.uk/recipes/bread/quick-pizza-dough

This is amazing
It does take a few days to prep!

Mine gets used for cakes and pizza dough! I love it. The first couple of times I over mixed my sponge mix but you get the hang of it after a few goes.
