My back has gone into spasm so i am taking lots of painkillers, with a hot water bottle and waiting for the doctor to call me back. Thrilling stuff here!

Had some wine with dinner and slept through a film (wine makes me sleep!). Just saying goodnight to the kids (preteens) and will go and sleep on the sofa some more until my bedtime...

I’m watching Christmas Magic on amazon prime, and drinking mead.

Bottle of wine... Trump will be missed (slightly) purely for his entertainment value bit Biden will need to be kept an eye on.

Had a Chinese and now watching Love Actually with a bottle of wine and a mince pie. DC are in bed. All quiet on the western front!

I have spent my night messaging friends and winding each other up: it’s been fun! But wish we was doing at it in each other’s houses or in person somehow.

We are a funny bunch, and I miss joust laughing my head off in person with them

Listening to Classic FM - been listening most evenings this week as it calms the cat down with all the fireworks going off...

She's been very contrary & is refusing to use her litter tray so I've been accompanying her in the garden, with the door wide open, letting out ALL the heat, so she can do her business & sprint in quickly.
Here we are now - I'll give it til 11.30 then head to bed.

Reading a book on my tablet whilst drinking wine with a cat cuddled up next to me, life doesn't get much better.
