I get really bad neck and shoulder ache from tight muscles and keep seeing ads for massage guns and wonder if they're any good.
Some of them are really expensive and there are hundreds to choose from on Amazon, so I've got no idea which one to get.
A lot of the review articles just look like paid for affiliate links, so I'm sceptical about going with those.
I don't want to spend mega bucks but I do spend a fair amount on massages, so want something decent.
Has anyone got one they would recommend?
