Hello!!

So we have found ourselves in lockdown round two..
What are you guys going to be doing to keep occupied and busy?

I'm really not sure what to do, I've got a week and a bit left on annual leave before returning to work since I am a key worker, so want to make the most of it!!

I'm really into arts and crafts, but I'm having a mind blank 🙄🤣 any ideas from you guys would be great! X x

Just wondering if there's anything you can make to decorate tree or as presents? Given the time of year, you could review what you need to buy for xmas so it can be ordered soon, or you know exactly what you want when all the shops reopen. It's lovely and sunny here, if its the same where you are, make the most of it and go for a walk (don't forget you can do this with a friend!).

Still working here, but doing online exercise classes, catching up with friends remotely!, reading books and I really need to finish tidying the garden before winter.

We moved in august after 25 years in our last house. I've still got a few boxes to go through. Today is exciting because we've got an appointment at the dump, mostly garden waste. I'll do the ironing which I quite enjoy but have out off. I've got a jigsaw I didn't do last time

Working from home during the week.
Driving an hour a day to pick DS up from school as there’s no bus for 45 mins and nowhere to wait in town.
Running 5k a day.
Walking.
That’s it really.

Just ordered 4 jigsaws and a crochet blanket kit.
Set myself little daily goals - very small achievable things but ticking them off gives positivity and a sense of achievement.

Actually about the same as every other time. Work, family time, sorting out the house and meals and then on the weekends we try to get outside and take lots of walks, go to the beach if it's not too blustery, etc. If I didn't have to work, I'd spend more time running, long walks, reading, sorting out bits in the house.

Housework, walking, luckily I can carry on with my volunteering. Also allowed to do a few online training courses for work so might even get on with that.

Breaking the lifetime rule I had about no tv in the bedroom ... at age 62 I have decided to put a tv in my bedroom so I can watch box sets and films in peace in the evenings without having to constantly 'negotiate' what to watch with DH Grin. How dull we sound ....

DC are still in school so during the week things shouldn’t change too much.
Tidy up back garden for the winter (planned to do it over half term but weather was awful)
Get organised for Christmas. I’ve started my shopping so I’m going to try to wrap as early as possible. Going to give myself plenty of time to post Christmas cards and presents.
Baking. I’ve made my Christmas cake (joys of awful weather over half term) need to make mince pies and DD wants to make snow flake gingerbread cookies.
Go for autumn walks and visit National Trust places (weather permitting)
