Heck yes 👍

ShirleyPhallus · 02/11/2020 18:40

Yes

But YANVU to use the word “cheeky” Wink

JoanApple · 02/11/2020 18:41

100%

Sparklingbrook · 02/11/2020 18:41

No

purpledagger · 02/11/2020 18:42

Yes, it would be rude not to.

Posturesorposes · 02/11/2020 18:43

No.
You must sit in your shed staring at the wall
Whilst sobbing
And chewing on dried wood shavings.

If you do not do the above
All the people will DIE
Because of you.

HTH.

Disco91 · 02/11/2020 18:53

Of course do it! There’s a month of gloom being enforced on us so why not start it pampered and refreshed 😂

I’d do the same if I didn’t have a toddler and newborn to look after...

Meowza74 · 02/11/2020 18:56

I've got a last minute hair appointment Wednesday afternoon! 🙌🙌

God bless my hairdresser. I'm going to have beautiful touched up balayage for working from home on the sofa on my laptop.

missmouse101 · 02/11/2020 19:01

I wouldn't. It's not essential and we're in a very serious situation.

Cherrysherbet · 02/11/2020 19:05

Yeah, of course you should.

It makes sense to keep the virus moving around.
I think the whole country should go out for one last fucking jolly on Wednesday. Very sensible 🙄

devildeepbluesea · 02/11/2020 19:06

Fucking hell.

CeramicGuineaPig · 02/11/2020 19:07

Definitely. DH and I are going for lunch in a nice restaurant tomorrow.

YellowBeryl1 · 02/11/2020 19:11

Yes!

Nackajory · 02/11/2020 19:13

No, definitely not. Extremely selfish and short sighted.

Chicchicchicchiclana · 02/11/2020 19:15

No. Why would you? Of all the things that you could forego for the collective effort that is lockdown, surely a "cheeky" spa day would be near the top of the list.

Lardlizard · 02/11/2020 19:15

I’ll be limited to school time

OP posts:
Lardlizard · 02/11/2020 19:15

I’ll have from 930-2ish at the place I’m thinking of going to

I would think a hair appointment or a visit to a gym if you belong to one would be preferable.

Though perhaps as I am having what I expect to be my last sauna of 2020 tomorrow evening, perhaps I am not one to judge.

IceCreamAndCandyfloss · 02/11/2020 19:22

This is why giving notice is a bad idea, I suspect cases will peak after these few days of activity by many.

VioletCharlotte · 02/11/2020 19:24

Yes go! I went last week for one last week, it was lovely. It felt very safe and clean with all the extra measures in place. Such a shame that places that have worked so hard to keep people safe and do so much for wellbeing have to close.

MajesticWhine · 02/11/2020 19:25

I think yes.

Hiccupiscal · 02/11/2020 19:27

Yes, I looked into booking a treatment before it shuts again, unfortunately (or actaully, probably the correct thing to do) they had already shut down the spa.

Enjoy op.

CosyQueen · 02/11/2020 19:28

And this is exactly why it was idiotic to give people notice for lockdown..

Goodlockdownhair · 02/11/2020 19:37

I'm going out Weds - I've booked the day off work.
I'm in a very low risk area, and after Weds I will be a good girl and lockdown as asked.

DisgruntledGuineaPig · 02/11/2020 20:19

Ooh, lovely idea! Im working tomorrow and Wednesday, so the most exciting thing I've got planned pre-lockdown is to fit in a visit to the library after work tomorrow and to pick up paint. (Look at me, living on the edge...)
