Tuff Tray Advice

I bought a tuff tray during April but it's not been used, I think we'd get more use if it was on a stand as 3yo DS could do cars, trains, painting etc.

Are tuff trays used by EYFS/KS1 children? Not sure if he will outgrow using it soon.

Yes certainly they are used in reception class.

Do you need a bit inspiration?

We had them in the pre school I worked at..
and now I'm in a primary school, we use them in Nursery, YR, and Y1..

Have a look at Pininterest for ideas or Goggle Tuff Trays Grin

Yes inspiration would be great! Do you think the height of the stand matters?

see this website for tuff spot play prompts. Or google tuff spot or tuff tray activities?

I think the stand is adjustable?

I got a tuff tray this summer for messy play.
My child was 6 at the time
I'm not getting rid of it yet
She did slime, rice, squidgy soap in it and more

I don't think it would necessarily get more use if you put it on a stand, and they can be quite expensive to buy. You could do painting and cars with it on the ground. If you add things to it and make it inviting he will play with it. For messier activities I would just put a sheet / tablecloth underneath to help protect the floor.
