I very much doubt she's ok being married to him.

I don’t have sympathy for the choices she has made, however some of the body language/facial expressions in videos do worry me as rather than disgust etc they look more like a reaction to fear.

She openly admitted on tape that she gives zero shits about immigrant children being locked in cages away from their parents.

I'm torn. I don't think anyone deserves to be mistreated. But I do find it hard to feel massively sympathetic towards her because his reputation as a narcissistic misogynist didn't just appear after she married him. She must have weighed that all up in her head and decided that the financial gain would outweigh the mistreatment. Although she almost certainly didn't think she was taking on the role of future First Lady.

I'd love to see her divorce him but I do actually feel that his ego wouldn't allow that and she may be stuck with him permanently as that's her safest option.

@MerchantOfVenom I'm far from the greatest conspiracy theorist, but I really doubt he even caught COVID-19. From the moment it was announced it was so stage-managed, him coming out and stepping into the helicopter in his suit and being flown off to a hospital, staying holed up there for a few days then emerging "Tadaaaaaa look at me, Lazarus, raised from the dead".

Trouble is, it played to the Americans who love a good-news story with a happy ending. You only have to look at his rallies, they are all stage-managed using paid 'employees'. It's sad how toxic his influence is on the American people.
