How to live a more environmentally friendly life?

Just that really. Really been thinking about climate change lately and small changes we could make in our daily lives to contribute.

We don't have a car because I have a seizure disorder which means I can't drive. Obviously we recycle etc. We haven't got a garden so can't do any proper composting or have insect hotels etc.

Is vegetarianism better for the environment than eating meat? I suppose veganism is the best but I don't think I could manage without dairy - I've not found a non dairy milk yet that works in tea!

What things make the biggest impact?! I already have a child so I'm too late to undo that one!!

Being vegetarian is definitely better, although I haven't been able to do it yet, I'm weak. I guess reducing meat consumption is the next best thing. I go meat free on weekdays.

Buy less stuff.
Mend stuff you already have.
If you have to buy, buy used instead of new.
And stay off Instagram.

Endless new clothes/gadgets/phones/homeware etc. That we want but don't need.

Vegetarian isn't necessarily better. You need to pay more attention to where your food products come from. Local, grassfed livestock who graze on areas of land that can't otherwise be farmed for crops are going to provide lovely, environmentally friendly meat
